Ad Spots give you the ability to feature your products or campaigns within the app. Ad Spots appear in different sections of the app and rotate on an interval (or manually). Spots in the app are carefully placed to be effective without being annoying or obtrusive to the user experience. See our Ad Spots Specification for more details.

Info Sections are for sharing event information relevant to your participants & spectators. The sections you create will appear in the RTRT.me Web Tracker and Mobile App. You can upload your own Icons and provide titles for each section. Some examples uses for Info Sections include: Expo Details, Social Media Feeds, Event Website Pages, Athlete Guides, Public Transportation Info, Travel & Hotel Accommodations, or any other custom content. Event Messages can be sent as broadcasts to participants and spectators using the app. The messages will appear in the app under the 'Messages' navigation, and can optionally be delivered as Push messages to smartphones. See our Event Messages Specification for more details.

Email Notifications are real-time email updates as progress is made on the course. Emails are sent live, within seconds of crossing designated checkpoints. See our Email Notifications Specification for more details.

Finisher Badges are an eye-catching, visual representation of each participant’s performance that can be shared on social media or downloaded as an image. Simply enable badges and our standard Finisher Badge becomes available in the app after the participant completes the event. Using our Badge Designer, you can add customizations or compose an entirely new design. See our Finisher Badges Specification for more details.
